With over 15 years of mechanical engineering and project management experience, he brings a hands-on understanding of product design, production planning, and manufacturing processes that ensures engineering decisions translate seamlessly into real-world production. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from initial design phases and feasibility assessments through final manufacturing implementation. Kelvin works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate development efforts, track progress against milestones, and drive continuous improvements in quality and operational efficiency. His commitment to excellence is reinforced by his Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University and his ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification, demonstrating his expertise in medical-device quality systems, regulatory compliance and manufacturing standards.
