Logistics Coordinator

     

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide customer service and sales support to customers
  • Communicate with customers to confirm shipping instructions and execute
  • Schedule planning to ensure on time delivery
  • Provide Open Order Report to customers in a regular basis
  • Document Control in terms of Invoices, Shipping Documents & Purchase Orders
  • Verify accuracy of incoming invoices and materials from vendors

Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in related logistics and shipping duties/experience
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English and Cantonese in both verbal and written
  • Strong working knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in ACCPAC/Sage CRM will be an asset
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skill
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus.

Project Coordinator

     

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Project co-ordination and management
  • Prepare files and drawings for quotation
  • Prepare Bills of Material and spreadsheet set up
  • Sourcing of parts and components via internet/email/phone calls
  • Responsible for preparing Sales and Marketing materials for Assistant Marketing Manager before business trips
  • Responsible for trade show display and checking of display samples, if required
  • Responsible for photo archiving products and samples
  • Responsible to maintain technical specification, drawings and quotation copy
  • Quality inspection and analysis of prototype/first off samples and problematic production goods and prepare Sample approval form
  • Co-ordination and assisting in inspection and rework of defective production products
  • Establishing a communications protocol that ensures quick and effective response to potential customers after tradeshows
  • Assist preparing supporting documents to process purchase orders and invoices
  • Assist and prepare cost and price list
  • Assist in administration duties of marketing department
  • Experience in handling project administration independently as an asset

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to develop and deliver presentations and reports to management and customers
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project.  Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or other engineering drawing software is a plus
  • Must have a valid passport and be able to travel
  • Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment, and a quick learner
