General Accountant

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  • Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries;
  • Prepare bank reconciliations;
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closing;
  • Prepare inventory reconciliations and adjustments;
  • Cash flow management;
  • Prepare GST/HST returns and Corporate Tax Instalments;
  • Prepare Debit/Credit notes;
  • Reconcile Trip expense reports;
  • Credit analysis and checking;
  • Handle all the paperwork for foreign exchange transactions;
  • Approve CRM transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University graduate with accounting or business degree;
  • A student member of CPA or ACCA, and working towards a designation;
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the accounting field;
  • Proficiency in Sage 300 ERP, CRM and QuickBooks Accounting software;
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly MS Excel spreadsheet;
  • Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, payable and general ledger;
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin

Junior Mechanical / Electronic Manufacturing Project Engineer

Job Summary

Working together with your Engineering manager and team, you will support new clients and projects in various fields such as Medical, Automotive Performance, Telecommunications and Industrial Controls. Your strong work ethic and deep technical knowledge will help our clients add value to their projects and bring them to production. You will add value by working hand in hand with our in house team which consists of Engineering, Marketing, Accounts, Administration and Logistics which in turn works with our overseas partners to provide our clients with the manufacturing foundation that Kingstec is well known for.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage Client projects, answer day to day inquiries and assist with other clients requirements;
  • Work with Marketing department to answer technical inquiries from clients and from suppliers;
  • Respond and handle customer quality complaints;
  • Propose options and solutions for your manager’s consideration in solving technical problems;
  • Attend tradeshows and answer inquiries from potential clients;
  • Prepare quotations and participate in order/contract negotiation and after sale service;
  • Check and manage in-coming purchase orders for secured projects;
  • Prepare, send and follow up on purchase orders to suppliers for projects you manage and;
  • Prepare adhoc summaries for management regarding your projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin required.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferably in Hong Kong/China);
  • Diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; or
  • Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Strong working knowledge/experience in PCBA manufacturing; or
  • Must have good knowledge of plastic injection molds, sheet metal stamping dies & mechanical assemblies;
  • Be able to travel within North America, Europe and Asia;
  • Strong communications, coordination and project management skills;
  • Ability to work in an organized and self-motivated manner and;

Marketing Administrator

Job Summary

Working together with managers to explore, develop new clients and projects in existing markets as well as new emerging industries.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning, research, organizing and attending events such as tradeshows (Digital & Live);
  • Initiative, creative and an outspoken personality (approachable, outgoing, personable);
  • Understanding Kingstec Technologies Inc.'s market and customers, contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies to cater to them to convert sales leads to customers;
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, banners and website;
  • Communicating with target customer sector (tradeshow sales leads, current customers, inactive former customers) to explore business opportunities. This can include cold calls, e-mails and other forms of media to initiate communications.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations and reports to management and clients;
  • Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment, and a quick learner;
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, MS Office, HubSpot, AI Solutions as well as Internet Research etc are required;
  • Must have strong working knowledge of all current Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter;
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese a must.
