Electrcal/Electronic Manufacturing Project Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage Client projects, answer day to day inquiries and assist with other clients requirements;
  • Work with Marketing department to answer technical inquiries from clients and from suppliers;
  • Respond and handle customer quality complaints;
  • Propose options and solutions for your manager’s consideration in solving technical problems;
  • Prepare quotations and participate in order/contract negotiation and after sale service;
  • Prepare, send and follow up on purchase orders to suppliers for projects you manage and;
  • Prepare adhoc summaries for management regarding your projects
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin required.
    • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferably in Hong Kong/China)
  • Diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred;
  • Strong working knowledge/experience in PCBA manufacturing;
  • Be able to travel within North America, Europe and Asia;
  • Strong communications, coordination and project management skills;
  • Ability to work in an organized and self-motivated manner

Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities and Duties: This position will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day logistics and purchasing functions of the company which include leading a shipping team, develop guidelines and procedures for continuously improving shipping and purchasing processes. Liaise with forwarders and vendors for delivery booking arrangement. Handle full set of shipping document for both import/export. Review and set up workflow with vendors to improve work efficiency. Improve the cost efficiency in handling shipments. Solid working experience with purchasing electronic components like IC’s, resistors,caps, diode etc, locally as well as abroad.   • Diploma or above in Business, Logistics Management, Purchasing or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years relevant logistics and purchasing experience of which 3 years in supervisory level
  • Able to handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents and declaration.
  • Strong working knowledge in electronic component purchasing.
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (e.g. MS world & Excel), and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Working together with managers to explore, develop new clients and projects in existing markets as well as new emerging industries.
  • Planning, research, organizing and attending events such as tradeshow (Digital & Live)
  • Initiative, creative and an outspoken personality (approachable, outgoing, personable);
  • Understanding Kingstec Technologies Inc.'s market and customers, contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies to cater to them to convert sales leads to customers.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, banners and website;
  • Communicating with target customer sector (tradeshow sales leads, current customers, inactive former customers) to explore business opportunities. This can include cold calls, e-mails and other forms of media to initiate communications.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid passport and be able to travel;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations and reports to management and clients;
  • Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment, and a quick learner;
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Internet Research are required;
  • Must have strong working knowledge of SEO and all current Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter;
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese a bonus.
